Tahoe Reserve
Private Residence Stewardship
A boutique estate care practice for second homes across Truckee and North Lake Tahoe — personally managed, one owner to one point of contact.
"The owners I work with don't want a vendor. They want someone they trust with the keys, the details, and the peace of mind that comes with both."
— Brent Whiteman, Founder
001 — About
A steward, not a service ticket
Tahoe Reserve is built around a simple idea: owners of second homes shouldn't have to wonder who's actually watching the place, or hand their home off to whoever answers the phone that week.
I keep my roster deliberately small so that every property gets real, personal attention — the kind that catches a small problem before it becomes an expensive one, and makes coming back to Tahoe feel effortless.
Tahoe Reserve is built for owners who expect the same discretion and quality of care in their mountain home that they expect everywhere else in their life — a boutique alternative to the call-center feel of larger property management companies.
002 — Why Stewardship
A mountain home asks for more than a house does.
At altitude, weather makes decisions your home can't wait for you to make. A wind-loaded roof, a pipe frozen behind drywall, a driveway no plow has touched — the cost of absence compounds by the day. Tahoe Reserve closes that gap: eyes on the property, judgment on your behalf, and a record of everything done in your name.

003 — The Approach
A boutique practice, by design
An intentionally small roster of homes, so every client receives the kind of attention a portfolio-driven company simply can't offer.
One Owner, One Point of Contact
No call centers, no rotating staff. Every client works directly with me — the same person who opens your home also knows your home.
Full Home Stewardship
Regular inspections, seasonal preparation, vendor coordination, and emergency response — handled proactively, not just reactively.
Truckee & North Tahoe Focus
A deliberately limited roster of homes, so every client gets genuine attention — not a portfolio spread thin.

Care that follows the calendar, not a checklist.
